Macaroni KID has rounded up the best Easter egg hunts, Bunny visits, family-friendly activities, and spring celebrations happening near you. It's just about time to dust off the baskets and get ready to hunt!
A few tips for the big egg hunts:
1). Arrive early, many events listed have noted the hunt will start at precise times, you don't want to miss out!
2). Read the event details. Some require a pre-registration, some have a small fee (rare), age limits as well as if hunts are separated by age groups with different start times, you don't want to miss out because of a small overlooked detail!
3). BYOB- bring your own basket/bag
4). Bring a camera! Many hunts have a "surprise" appearance by the Easter Bunny and you'll want to snap a picture
5). Some hunts will be MASSIVE. If you have little ones, you may want to bring a few eggs with you (up your sleeve, in the car) just in case they don't find any quick enough.
