Macaroni KID Southern Montgomery is all about helping you Find Your Family Fun; now we're bringing a little extra fun to celebrate the birthday boys and girls in your life! We want to spread extra happiness to our little Macaronis and what better time than for a birthday?!
We're excited to open sign ups for year FIVE of our Birthday Club! Participation is easy, just fill out this quick form (one per child). Once registered, you can expect a birthday card to mailed to your child during his/her birth month. There is something magical about a real-live card in the mail; especially for kids. In our digital world, the intrigue of "snail mail" and getting something just for them is almost a gift in itself. But we're not done just yet... inside you'll even find redeemable coupons for free treats to help you celebrate (hint* I scream, you scream) - an additional gift from our sponsors! From start to finish, there is no cost to you- just a little joy and well wishes for another trip around the sun.
**As a reminder, Macaroni KID Southern Montgomery will never share/sell your address. Mailing addresses are used strictly for birthday club card mailings- you won't see any other mail from us- promise!
